Mr Selim has pleaded not guilty to the charge, which was brought by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.His NSW District Court trial has been told that test results, showing Travacalm contained more than the correct dose of the active ingredient, had been altered.
Prosecutors allege Mr Selim asked Pan's IT manager Karl Brooks to destroy the manipulated test results in January 2003.
The trial, before Judge Chris Geraghty, has been running for two and a half weeks.
